About Us

A Tile Crew That Takes the Work Seriously

How We Work

Englewood Tile Contractor operates in the south Denver metro — Englewood, Cherry Hills Village, and Sheridan. Our small crew handles residential tile from start to finish: substrate assessment, waterproofing where needed, layout planning, setting, grouting, and final sealing.

We do not subcontract. The same people who give you the estimate are the ones who show up on install day. That keeps communication clear and accountability direct.

Tile work fails most often at the prep stage. Soft spots in the subfloor, inadequate waterproofing in wet areas, and poorly mixed mortar are the reasons tile cracks, lifts, or grout fails within a few years. We address those things before the first tile goes down — not after.

What We Focus On

Three services cover the majority of residential tile work: full floor and wall installation, bathroom and shower tile including waterproof wet areas, and kitchen backsplash. We stay focused rather than stretching into every trade.

The south Denver metro has a mix of housing stock — mid-century ranch homes in Englewood and Sheridan, larger newer construction in Cherry Hills Village. Each type brings its own substrate conditions and layout challenges. We have worked across all of them.

What You Can Expect

A confirmation call before the visit, a written estimate before any work starts, and a clean workspace when we leave. We are available seven days a week, 7 AM to 10 PM, because most homeowners do not have time for contractors who only work weekdays.

Four Things We Do Not Compromise On

Substrate First

No tile goes down on a questionable surface. We fix the floor or wall before we set anything.

Waterproofing in Wet Areas

Shower walls and floors get a proper waterproofing membrane. This is not optional in our process.

Layout Before Cutting

We dry-lay the tile and plan the layout before mixing mortar. Centered patterns and consistent grout lines are planned, not hoped for.

Written Estimates

Every job gets a written estimate before work starts. You know the scope and cost before we pick up a trowel.
